Plenty of signage suppliers buy in their products. We do not, and it changes what we can promise.
Material arrives as sheet. It is cut on the fibre laser or CNC router, folded and welded in the metalshop, painted or polished, fitted with LEDs, assembled, tested and packed for installation.
Because each of those stages is under one roof, a change at design stage does not mean renegotiating with three suppliers, and a repeat order in twelve months' time is made on the same machines to the same drawing.
That is also why multi-site rollouts work: every location gets components from the same batch process, so store forty matches store one.
